The children were just as excited to be going for a trip on the big school bus as they were going to the "Zoo".  Once we arrived we had a picnic under the trees.  We then went into the Children's Zoo and saw farm animals such as: camels, ducks, cows, goats and donkeys.  Next stop, the Arabian Wildlife Centre where we viewed the animals that live on the Arabian Peninsula.  We started with the snakes, lizards and insects.  The birds followed and then the animals of the night such as hedgehogs and foxes.  After lunch we saw the bigger animals such as: gazelles, oryx, baboons and the Arabian Leopard.  On the trip back many children fell asleep on the bus after a funfilled day.
